Payment Terms & Conditions
All sales are final. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please email us at info@intentionalgifting.com. Our pricing and fees are subject to change without notice.
Once you approve your Gifting Blueprint or project estimate, you will receive an electronic invoice via email. Full payment is due upon receipt. For Gift Blueprint Services, payment is non-refundable and must be received prior to the customer obtaining a digital or physical copy of the blueprint.
We accept payments safely and securely via Square and Squarespace. Accepted methods include Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and ApplePay.
Payment Declined Policy
In the event that a payment is declined, Intentional Gifting will notify you immediately via email to request an updated payment method.
Order Processing: We cannot begin sourcing materials or assembling your order until a successful payment is processed.
Automatic Cancellation: If a valid payment is not received within 48 hours of the initial decline, your order may be subject to automatic cancellation to maintain our production schedule.
Hard vs. Soft Declines: Please note that while "soft declines" (like insufficient funds) can be retried, "hard declines" (like expired or closed accounts) require a new form of payment to proceed.
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Intentional Gifting is an e-commerce business; we do not offer in-person services or local hand-delivery. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your gift's journey.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure all shipping information is correct. Intentional Gifting is not responsible for delays or undeliverable items due to incorrect address entry.
In-Person Events Policy
Event Sales & Payments
For all in-person events (pop-up shops, markets, and fairs), Intentional Gifting accepts payments via Square and major mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Final Sale: All in-person purchases are final. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased at events.
Pricing: Event-specific pricing or "Market Specials" may differ from our online store. Online discount codes and digital gift cards are not valid for in-person purchases unless otherwise stated at our booth.
Liability & Safety
Intentional Gifting prioritizes a safe experience for all event attendees.
Assumption of Risk: By visiting our booth or event space, guests acknowledge that Intentional Gifting is not liable for any personal injury or accidental damage to personal property that may occur within the event boundaries.
Setup Boundaries: To ensure safety and local compliance, all displays and products must remain within our designated booth area. We do not allow open flames (such as lit candles) or hazardous materials in our event setups.
Product Handling & Sampling
Packaging: Items purchased in person will be provided in our signature gift bags or boxes as available. Please note that some gifts may require a custom shipping order if they are too large for immediate hand-carry.
Display Items: Items on display are for visual reference. For the safety of our customers and the integrity of our products, please ask for assistance before handling delicate or fragile custom pieces.
Event Cancellation & Rescheduling
Vendor-Initiated: In the rare event that Intentional Gifting must cancel our participation in an event, any pre-paid "Pick Up at Event" orders will be transitioned to standard shipping at no additional cost to the customer.
Customer "Pick Up" Orders: If you have placed an order for event pickup and fail to collect it during event hours, the order will be held for 48 hours. After this time, a shipping invoice will be sent to your email, and the item will be shipped to your billing address once the shipping fee is paid.
Custom Order Lead Times & Rush Fees
Because our items are handmade and bespoke, quality takes time.
Standard Lead Time: 2–3 weeks from successful payment.
Bulk Orders: Orders exceeding 50 units (including handmade card sets) require a minimum of 4 weeks.
Rush Orders: Requests required sooner than our standard lead time will incur a 20% rush fee to accommodate expedited labor and sourcing.
Substitution & Revision Policy
Due to the seasonal nature of high-end gifting, Intentional Gifting reserves the right to substitute items with others of equal or greater value to ensure your gift arrives on time. Your Gifting Blueprint includes two rounds of revisions. Any additional design changes after the second revision will be billed at our Gift Concierge hourly rate.
Prohibited Items
Due to business license restrictions, Intentional Gifting is unable to purchase or include food, alcohol, illicit drugs, or weapons (including toy weapons) in our gift items. We will not include or supply any items that contain, display, or suggest derogatory, racist, homophobic, or xenophobic language or images.
Maximum Sizing & Weight
We reference standard carrier maximum size guidelines for all shipments. Our maximum gift weight is 70 lbs, and the maximum size is 108” combined length + girth. Intentional Gifting will provide a custom quote for handling and packaging items larger than a standard microwave box.
Privacy Policy & Copyright
Your privacy is paramount. Intentional Gifting does not share or sell client personal information to third parties. All website content—including copy, graphics, logos, images, and photography—is the property of Intentional Gifting and may not be used without express written permission.
